Charles Mixon
Managing Member
A seasoned real estate investor and developer, Charles brings his business acumen and philanthropic spirit to the team. With over 40 years of experience as a Boy Scout leader, he has learned the true value of helping others and changing lives. Recently, on a Boy Scout mission trip to Uganda, Charles was moved by the cheerfulness and optimism of some young people living in poverty. He was struck by their intelligence, happiness, and determination to succeed despite their impoverished circumstances. Therefore Charles has set his sights on a new mission - to help relocate some of these young people to the US and enroll them in US colleges. His previous experience in assisting two young ladies from Kenya has given him the confidence and knowledge necessary to successfully navigate the relocation and enrollment process.

Thabani Sithole
Secretary
A native of Zimbabwe and an education consultant, Thabani is the bridge that connects gifted African students with North American institutions seeking international talent. Thabani is a highly motivated education consultant who is passionate about sports, higher education, and social entrepreneurship. He was born and raised in Zimbabwe, but his dream of pursuing higher education led him to the USA 20 years ago. He now resides in Atlanta, where he spends most of his time working with high-performing students who are looking to achieve their educational or professional goals. Thabani's primary focus is on Africa, but he also works with students from all over the world. To help talented students find the right institution or university, he created College Connect International (CCI), an expert recruiting company that connects international students with some of North America's best institutions. By doing so, CCI not only provides life-changing opportunities to students but also helps fill the international student enrollment needs of universities. Thabani's commitment to education and his dedication to helping students achieve their full potential make him a valued member of Stumpy’s Foundation.

Stephanie is a soon-to-be graduate who has pursued a double major in accounting and management consulting. Her educational background has equipped her with a range of business-related skills and aptitudes that she is now gearing up to apply to the non-profit sector. As an international student from Kenya studying at Georgia State, Stephanie has been both a direct benefactor and recipient of the aid provided by this non-profit organization. She is eager to give back and help others in need. Stephanie's impressive resume boasts of notable internship experience at major corporations such as Deloitte, Morgan Stanley, and EY. These internships have given her a solid grounding in the practical application of her academic knowledge. In her upcoming role at Microsoft, Stephanie is excited to start her full-time career in the world of big tech, applying her financial skills to a cutting-edge industry. Despite her new career path, Stephanie remains passionate and committed to advocating for the education and growth of qualified students in East Africa. She is a determined individual who has the drive and ambition to make a positive impact on the world.
